The spacious (170m2) gite sleeps eight and has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with well tended gardens and full access to the owners walled garden and swimming pool (6m x 12m).

The owners, Monsieur & Madame Martin, live on site and will happily give you a guided tour of their vineyard and cellars and of course would be delighted to sell you both wine & cognac direct from their cellars.

Rentals are flexible and can run from a simple week-end (cheaper and much preferable to a hotel) to a six month stay while you do some serious property hunting.

The fully detached property has:

First floor – four bedrooms (2 x doubles, 2 x twins), wc.

RATES:
Low season (30/12/06 – 28/04/07 and 29/11/07 – 29/12/07) - €430 pw
Mid season (28/04/07 – 23/06/07 and 25/08/07 – 29/09/07) - €490 pw
High season (23/06/07 – 14/07/07 and 18/08/07 – 25/08/07) - €640 pw
Peak season (14/07/07 – 18/08/07) – €690 pw

Week-end - €290
Mid week (Mon-Fri) - €310

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, arrival after 4.00pm and departure by 10.00am.
Week-end rentals run for two nights arriving & departing by 4.00pm.
Mid week rentals run from 4.00pm on the Monday to 10.00am on the Friday.

Misc:
The owner requires a deposit of €250 on booking.
Sheet hire is available at €15 per bed/week.
You are expected to leave the gite in the condition you found it. A cleaning lady is available for €55.
