We take a detailed brief as to the type of house our clients wish to purchase and the areas they are keen to look in.

We then visit local agents on their behalf and view any properties that seem to fit the brief. We also scour the market for private sales using our extensive network of local contacts as well as regional newspapers and websites.

Clients receive a full report, including pictures, video and google earth imagery (if required) and a suggested shortlist for viewing.

This year our clients have obtained an average discount of 14% on the asking price of property purchased.

We are fully independent of all local agents and act exclusively for our clients.
